feat(story-simulation): 报告对比模式与UI优化

- 报告视图新增双栏对比模式，支持角色分析/走向分支/综合推荐/时间线差异高亮

- 配置面板模式卡片UI优化，调整图标与名称布局

- 仿真中时间线面板增加外层容器，修复布局高度问题
