fix(novel): 修正严格写作模型路由与中文标签

Agent 调度和分析阶段改用默认模型，正文生成与返修保留聊天模型，最终去 AI 味使用专用模型。\n补齐章节执行报告、返修、复检和计划履约步骤的中文显示。
