- 移除已废弃的 cross-platform adapter 相关文档
- 将 README 文件重命名为 README.zh-CN.md 并更新描述
- 添加 SKILLS_INDEX.md 技能索引文件
- 在安装指南中添加 rust-skills 和 zig-skills 外部仓库引用
- 更新技能添加步骤，将 fskill audit 替换为更新技能索引
