docs: translate README.md to English (skill repo convention)

The repo targets an international developer audience on GitHub,
so the README should be in English while SKILL.md (agent-facing)
stays in Chinese for Huasheng's workflow.

Also sync README to reflect the §1.a upgrade from 'Brand Asset Protocol'
to 'Core Asset Protocol' (logo/product-shots/UI are first-class assets,
colors become auxiliary). Added Fact Verification First (Principle #0)
to the Core Mechanics section.
