docs(webnovel-write): 添加命令格式警告，防止参数错误

基于实际使用中发现的3个问题添加醒目警告：

1. Step 2 添加标签格式警告
   - 明确正确格式: [NEW_ENTITY: 类型, 名称, 描述, 层级]
   - 列出常见错误格式: HTML注释、花括号、竖线分隔符

2. Step 4 强化 update_state.py 命令模板
   - 添加完整示例和最小命令示例
   - 标注错误参数名: --chapter-written/--words

3. Step 5 强化 backup_manager.py 命令模板
   - 添加正确示例
   - 标注错误用法: backup --message

4. Step 6 强化 strand-dominant 命令模板
   - 添加多个示例（quest/fire/constellation）
