## Step 1: 加载爽点指南（必须执行）

- 每 5 章 ≥1 个大爽点 (⭐⭐⭐)
- 避免连续 3 章同类型

## Step 2: 加载节奏规范（必须执行）

关键规则：
- Quest ≤5 连续章
- Fire 每 10 章内出现
- Constellation 每 15 章内出现
